Ordered by Bill Sparrow, construction started by J.Harris, Longfleet Motor & Engineering Works, Poole, Dorset. 1965 construction ceased due to death of customer. 1971 purchased by Harold Reeve, described as two-thirds complete, stored at Bembridge, Isle of Wight. Feb. 1986 purchased by Colin Cartwright and taken to T.M.A. for completion. Worksplate reads built 1987. Steam trials 08/1988. 22/01/ 1990 arrived at owner's Conwy Valley Railway Museum.
