Design work started 1877. New to builder's own Duffield Bank Railway. 1917 sold to R.& E.R. 05/09/1926 withdrawn from service, 1927 mostly cut up for scrap, frames saved and incorporated in a 'bitsa' ic loco I.C.L. No.2, not successful, scrapped 01/1930, again frames saved, and left lying around on the ground. Believed now placed in the museum.
